Return & Refund Policy

1.What’s the Full Refund Policy for Return Products?

If you order has not been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund, by sending email to salas@bagandcart.com.

Full refund means the order total cost except actual shipping costs and payment transaction fees. It must meet all following articles:

  • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
  • Original intact any barcode affixed on products or package.
  • The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.) 
  • Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.) 
  • The Order Number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the Order Number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

When returning an unwanted product for refund, it is recommended for customers to use a method of shipment with tracking number, as BagandCart cannot be responsible for items lost due to its carrier while in transit.

2.What’s the Partial Refund Policy for Return Products?

If the products can’t meet the articles above, for example: accessories missing, usage, damage or loss due to human errors etc. we are responsible for partial refund only. For the refund amount, it is depend on our professional test result. Bag&Cart.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Bag&Cart.com. For more information about refunds, please check below.

If you used a BagandCart.com gift certificate/card to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

If after reading this information, you feel that the amount of your refund was incorrect, please e-mail us.

Note: There are some products are not included in the scope of return (some promotion products or gifts), please note that before you place order. The returning package must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us to get right returning address

3.How long does it take to receive the refund? 

When your items arrive at our return office, we will check the product and proceed with the refund (or store credit at your discretion). Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing after your item is delivered at the product return office.

You will get your refund within 24 hours since your return request is approved.

--Products with quality problem in 30 days(from the date products were received)can be returned and replaced.

--Customer need to send the products back to us,When we receive the products,We will replace new ones and ship back to customer.

--We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

3.Repair

--Products with quality problem in 1 year(from the date products were received)can be returned and repaired.

--Customer need to send the products back to us,When we receive the products,We will repair and ship back to customer.

--We will pay shipping fee for the repaired products we ship to the customers.

4.Return and partial refund.

--Because the international shipping fee is very high and most of pictures on BagandCat.com are taken by ourself with real products.So we do not give full refund for returns without quality problems.like"not like the picture""not as imagining"or just "not satisfied"

--We will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount,that means a partial refund.
